Upping Your Kitchen Game with Wow-Worthy Accessories

So we, for one, are guilty of spending hours stalking kitchens on Instagram searching for inspiration. Is there anything better than discovering wow-worthy kitchens? Well, if you’re not thinking about redoing your’s any time soon, there is still a way to elevate it so it exudes elegance and sophistication and you do it with……………….. accessories.

Adding accessories to a kitchen is one of our favorite aspects of designing a kitchen, even when we didn’t start from scratch.

Here are three critical things to keep in mind when adding accessories to your kitchen:

1. Add color –

Embrace bright pops of color throughout your kitchen. Brightly colored artwork, a beautiful cookbook, or colored kitchen tools add a lively vibe to a kitchen.

2. Add texture –

Use decorative baskets, bowls with patina, antique spice grinders, vintage vases or trays to add warmth and texture.

3. Add plants or flowers (faux or real)

We can’t stress this enough. Fresh or faux flowers and plants add an organic texture to kitchens making them more approachable and less fussy. They also have been proven to make people happier. That’s a thing.
